Quantum Wellness: it’s all about you!

The 9 Steps to Quantum Health Transformation© show you holistic ways to improve what you eat, drink, do, say, believe & perceive – all to form a more complete, or quantum field of wellness – and it all starts with you!  Steps 9 through 7 give you some useful tools for raising your self-awareness; making self-reflection, connection and personal responsibility possible.

Real food (fresh, raw, organic, wild, non GMO & unprocessed) is the quintessential cornerstone of transformative health (see Step 5).  However, Steps 9, 8 & 7 focus on the socio/psychological aspects of wellness.  Each Step features at least 2 videos: one is a slideshow PRIMER (providing the details) and the other is a LIVE video (providing examples from my life experience).  Step 9 focuses on self-awareness, perception and integrationStep 8 focuses on grounding, environmental awareness and identifying core belief systemsStep 7 focuses on social awareness, state of being and choosing new belief systemsSteps 6, 5, 4 are featured in my next blog post.

The Step 9 videos really put the Quantum Mechanics component into your lifestyle program.  “Nubby Ball”© is a conceptual tool giving you insight into the “bigger picture” as you step away from emotionalism and into the clearer spaces of logic and accountability.  By overcoming our binary programming, and our black/white, positive/negative world view, we can see things as truly complex and dynamic.  “Nubby Ball”© helps us to understand the social issues that cause us discomfort and assists us to reconcile cognitive dissonance.

The Step 8 videos offer an easy program of daily practice to soothe your mind, body and soul so you feel securely grounded.  They also give you some practical tips on how to start recognizing and changing your own belief patterns to make way for quantum recovery and personal evolution. The Step 8 LIVE action video was shot at beautiful Goose Spit in Comox, BC.

Once your core belief systems are identified in Step 8, it is now time to develop them further with Step 7.  These videos are designed to assist you with quantum well-being by expanding your awareness of gender, and provide a simple process for incorporating the best traits, which are socially/culturally associated with being male or female, into our own unique way of being.

The Most Nutritious Food on the Planet

Raw hemp seeds are the most nutritious food in the world because they are a rich source of phytonutrients (the healing elements of plants), with benefits protecting your immunity, bloodstream, tissues, cells, skin, organs and mitochondria. Hemp seeds do not contain THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the active substance in marijuana. This Super-Food provides a broad spectrum of health benefits including: weight loss, increased and sustained energy, rapid recovery from disease or injury, lowered cholesterol and blood pressure, reduced inflammation, improvement in circulation and immune system as well as natural blood sugar control. Raw hemp seed offers a superior balance of proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins and enzymes; and is much more balanced & digestible than soy or whey products.

Raw hemp seeds contain Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E (alpha-, beta-, gamma-, delta-tocopherol & alpha tocotrienol), Lecithin (choline & inositol) & Chlorophyll.  They contain Essential Minerals: phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, sodium, silicon, copper, platinum, boron, nickel, germanium, tin, iodine, chromium, silver and lithium; and supply an abundance of life force energy & enzymes. An adult dose of 55 to 75 grams per day is very low in cholesterol and sodium, but is a great source of zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and iron – important for bone health, oxygen delivery and immune health.

Hemp seeds are the only plant food that contains all 9 of the essential amino acids (20 amino acids in total) and 9 essential fatty acids (in the perfect ratio) – all in an easily digestible form!  It meets so many of our nutritional needs, I believe it is the best nutrient source food to build and maintain health.

These embryonic seeds are unique with enough proteins to provide all the essential amino acids to form the globular proteins that form the building blocks to life and immunity.  65% of hemp seed protein is globulin edistin, making it the highest source in the plant kingdom.  Edistins are plant globulins and all enzymes, antibodies, many hormones, haemoglobin and fibrogin are also globular proteins, and necessary for life.  Albumin, globulin and fibrogin (plasma proteins) serve as a reservoir of rapidly available amino acids should any body tissues be in need, and they are responsible for both the natural and acquired immunity a person has against invading organisms. They neutralize alien microorganisms and toxins.

Since hemp seed protein is 65% globulin edistin, and 35% albumin, it gives the body all the essential amino acids required to maintain health; and provide the necessary kinds, and amounts, of amino acids the body needs to make human serum albumin and serum globulins (like the immune enhancing gamma globulins). Eating hemp seeds is known to heal people suffering from immune deficiency diseases. When we have a good supply of these protein building amino acids, our muscles stay strong, and our body is able to react quickly and effectively to changes, pressures, injuries and infections. Hemp seeds reduce heart disease and stroke; build muscle improving strength & endurance; balance blood sugar and brain chemistry; improve neurological & brain health as they serve as neurotransmitters and precursors; promote rapid healing; strengthen bones and detoxify the body.  Hemp seeds are the most nutritious food sources on the planet!

Hemp seed oil comprises 35% of the total seed weight. This oil has the lowest amount of saturated fatty acids (8%), and the highest amount of the polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (80%).  Hemp seeds are the highest botanical source of essential fatty acids (EFAs), with more EFAs than flax or any other nut or seed oil, and provide the perfect 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 Linoleic Acid and Omega-3 Linolenic Acid – for cardiovascular health and general strengthening of the immune system. This perfect ratio & ideal balance of EFAs Omega 3, 6 & 9 provide several times more Omega 3 than any fish, and promote heart health, lower triglycerides, work to reduce inflammation, promote brain health, and support the immune system.  Omega 9 is an especially rare yet important EFA, also referred to as Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) which has powerful anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory properties effective in balancing out hormones (necessary to alleviate mood swings and PMS).  Low in carbohydrates, hemp seeds are ideal for those following the paleo diet or who are carb conscious for their health.

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) cannot be made by the human body and must be obtained through the diet. They are necessary to produce life energy from food and move that energy throughout the body. EFAs govern growth, vitality and state of mind, and are necessary in the most active energy and electron exchanging and oxygen requiring tissues; especially the brain, retina, inner ear, adrenal and testicular tissues. They carry the high energy required by the most active tissues, and ensure very high oxygen availability to them. Life force travels through the body via the essential fatty acids and their derivatives.

Hemps seeds not only provide EFAs and protein, they also provide fibre: a nutrient many people do not get enough of in their diet.  Women need at least 25 grams of fibre a day, and men 38 grams. Hemp seeds are comprised of 10 to 15 percent fibre, helping to alleviate the effects of chronic digestive system problems.  Further, not all of the oil contained in them is digested.  Some remains intact to lubricate the digestive system.  There are no known allergies to hemp seeds, and they are of special benefit to those who are unable to eat gluten, lactose, sugar, fish, nuts, meat and other common foods. Combined with high fibre fruits, vegetables, nuts and other seeds in the diet, expect regular bowel movements.

Hulled, raw hemp seeds have greatly contributed to my weight loss because they reduce the cravings for foods which assisted me to not eat sugars, starches and saturated fats.  By providing all of the essential fatty acids, proteins and most vitamins and other nutrients necessary for promoting good health, hemp seeds keep me feeling satisfied so I no longer desire starches and carbohydrates. I feel more long lasting energy and have become much more active.  Now I am more productive, much more energetic and less affected by stress.  If I eat raw hulled hemp seeds every morning, I always experience abundant energy with no need to “pep up” with sweet foods, soft drinks or stimulants.  Hemp seeds naturally balance blood sugars which stabilize my hunger, mood and energy, and the fibre improves bowel function and increases feelings of fullness so I eat less.

Suggested Use:

  • Hulled hemp seed is delicious, gluten free, raw and vegan. Add it to pretty much everything you eat, (or eat it by itself).
  • (55 grams) 5 heaping tablespoons or more of hulled raw hemp seed with raw fruits and vegetables makes a great breakfast, giving your body a healthy start. You can add it to your morning smoothie.

The Body Temple and the Spirituality of Food

The saying, “You are what you eat” is truer than some realize.  Your body is an amazing machine which is made up of components from the planet, solar system and heavens beyond.  Real foods are grown in the soil, where they absorb minerals and other things, which combine with the energy from the sun to form new elements, which become us.  Food has also been recognized as medicine for thousands of years in many cultures (old & new world) and the concept was made popular in the post-classical ages by Hippocrates (460 BC – 375 BC).  Unfortunately this knowledge was mostly lost to industrialized nations who put more faith in marketing strategies than in traditional healing styles.  Now things have come full circle as we find out about the myriad of components in plants that heal and sustain us as never thought possible before in modern society.  Our bodies, the foods we eat, the planet and the sun are truly intimately related.

On a spiritual level, our bodies are temples sustained in ways that surpass the physical elements we can see and touch.  Kirlian photography reveals the spiritual quality of food which is also present in our physical/etheric bodies.  Organic, fresh, raw, live and wild foods add an abundance of sun energy (as seen with Kirlian photography) to nourish and heal us in ways mostly unknown to modern society.  Food as a rich source of spiritual energy makes all things possible because it expands our conception of reality and possibility.

Whether you choose to stay within a religious paradigm or not, most of us are aware of our spiritual need.  The mainstream socio/political/economic construct leaves us feeling thirsty for something more satisfying.  We are becoming aware of all the people who are evolving around us and who seem to be able to find something satisfying within; yet many of us remain thirsty while we keep signing up for courses and buying books written by those who have found their spiritual fountain.  Is it that Spirit is partial?  Could some be more worthy than others?  I suggest not at all.

In order to become enlightened, and/or filled with Spirit, we must prepare ourselves for this gift.  Simply taking steps to nurture and care for our temple bodies will make room for, and clear the channels for a rewarding spiritual experience.  If you give an inch of effort, the universe will provide a mile in return.  Universal tender mercy is all around us but we have to be willing to let it in!

This usually means conquering our fears and stepping out into the unknown.  In my opinion the fastest way to become connected with the overflowing inner fountain of unconditional love, wisdom, support and the gift of co-creation is through food and the tender, loving care we express toward our temple bodies.

Be prepared to make some sacrifices and to step outside of your comfort zone.  If we are eating dead, lifeless foods; or worse yet, tortured animals and frankenfoods (Genetically Modified), we are mistreating ourselves, disrespecting the temple body and shutting down the avenues for a truly satisfying spiritual reality. A reality that enhances this 3D earthly experience in ways we never before dreamed possible.

So feast on foods that are satisfying, and serve as your ultimate medicine.  Experience for yourself this wonderful source of universal love energy.  Become well and prepare to be amazed!
