Zen Domes are So Versatile! – March 2017 Newsletter Article

Since Zen Domes Orgonite clear the chakras and relax the body, they promote wellness on energetic, physical, mental/emotional and spiritual levels.  When you hold, wear or keep your Zen Domes close to your body, they interact directly with your chakras & energy field, and promote the healing, grounding and balancing of your life force energies, which promote wellness.  They also interact positively with the natural crystals found in your body fluids and tissues.

New Year’s Resolutions – January 2017 Newsletter Article

Let’s face it, fixing things makes us feel good.  In effect, New Year’s resolutions are an attempt to feel better by fixing something – usually personal habits and behaviours.

For some time now, I have been observing my life as a game.  My game plan is to fix myself with help from my Inner Guru, and then as I gain momentum, teach others to fix themselves by assisting them to find their own personal Inner Guru.

How do I access and utilize my Inner Guru?  I create space within so there is a “place” for my Inner Guru to emerge.  I spend time every day sitting without distractions.  I let my thoughts flow without censorship or judgement from the position of an observer.  Doing so allows me to experience “a-ha!-moments” found within my observations (quite obvious from the observer perspective).  Other names for those “A-ha! moments” are Eureka! Hallelujah! Epiphany!  In this way, I fix myself simply through awareness.

Once I became adept with this process, my Inner Guru just started to jump into my awareness as I go about my daily life experience.  Since life is a great big social experiment, why not rely on these “a-ha! moments” while you discern what you want out of life, and then plot your course to get there.  Only one small step at a time needs to be figured out in any detail.

Along with noticing thoughts, become more aware of body sensations.  Refrain from telling yourself a story about these sensations.  Resist the urge to remember how and when any unpleasant physical/emotional feelings began, or what they mean.  Resist the urge to self-diagnose or see bodily sensations as a problem, no matter how intense the sensation may be.  Just feel your feelings while you try to relax.  Focus on your breathing.  Thank your body for the healing, and your Inner Guru for the message.  Keep breathing.

The process of healing the body and emotions can be a painful, undesirable experience, but only in the light of presence, can we understand this process and the messages contained within the experience.  The injury only hurts at the moment it occurs, while the illness may not hurt at all until you are faced with the healing.  All sensations that occur after the initial injury are the result of your body and mind repairing itself.

For example, when we first get a cold or flu, we are not aware of our illness and this is when we are most contagious.  The symptoms occur as the body defends and repairs itself.  The runny nose, the sore throat, swollen glands and headache are all the symptoms of healing, and this is why by the time the symptoms emerge, you are usually no longer contagious.

Healing hurts!  The symptoms are the healing.  So if we go to see the doctor for a prescription to alleviate the symptoms, we inadvertently stop or slow down our own healing.  Now of course, if I broke my arm, I would go to see the doctor and probably take something so I could deal with the pain initially, but you get my point.  The doctor may reset the bones and put on a cast, but the pain from the injury is created by my body healing itself.

I find the same is true for my emotions.  It is the “A-ha!s” that cure us, and “A-ha! moments” do not come from thoughts.  They come from calm observation of the self, and from feeling the feelings, and then breathing through them during quiet periods of self-contemplation.

In the past, every time I felt emotional pain, I ran for the closest distraction.  At times, this included inadvertently inflicting physical suffering upon myself, in order to not feel my feelings, and to distract myself from the message.  I was ignoring my Inner Guru and the wealth of awareness and learning these experiences offered me.

For some of us, over-eating serves this purpose.  Over-eating can cause oneself enough physical discomfort to create a distraction from undesirable feelings.  As a harm reduction strategy, I do not limit my food intake, but limit instead the range of foods I allow myself to eat.  If I am going to over-eat, then I may as well build up my health and detoxify in the process.  As we eat, we can feel our feelings and sort ourselves out.  I call this my “have my cake and eat it to” approach to expanding awareness within imperfection.

As mentioned earlier, “A-ha! moments” do not come from thoughts.  If we could figure it all out with thoughts and self-soothing stories, we would not continue to suffer.  Through self-contemplation, I found that most of my personal baggage was the result of all of the “loose ends” I had accumulated in the past.  I had the habit of leaving a lot of business unfinished.

I also use self-reflective times for problem-solving by looking at matters from a new, impartial viewpoint.  My awareness expands with every “a-ha! moment”.  This is how our higher selves, or Inner Guru, heals us.  But if we do not take the courage to feel our feelings and look at things which may make us feel uncomfortable, our “A-ha!s” are stunted and may rarely occur.

This is part of the Ascension process.  We clarify and evolve over and over again, earning for ourselves better health and happier lives.  Even if we do not get to the state of totally curing ourselves, and find ourselves dying physically, the social experiment continues and we continue to face more “A-ha! moments” of expanding awareness and consciousness.

Let’s face it, fixing things makes us feel good.  Perhaps our New Year’s resolutions could be to spend time each day in quiet self-contemplation making space for our own Inner Guru and healing.

Use Zen Domes in Healing/Spiritual Rituals – December 2016 Newsletter Article

Many people are familiar with the use of crystals for healing, and for spiritual rituals like grid-making, but did you know that you can maximize these practices with the use of Zen Domes?

Any purpose which calls for crystals is an opportunity to use and program your Zen Domes.  There is no earthly limit to how much data can be recorded by the crystals in Zen Domes, although I usually suggest this data follow a theme.

Themes such as health, abundance, security, well-being, new paradigm awareness, vitality, peace, balance, love, gratitude—all of the frequency raising purposes are suitable.

Switch out some of your crystals with Zen Domes.  Continue to use some crystals along with Zen Domes because the Zen Domes will actually boost the healing potential of those crystals.  You may have favourite crystals which differ from the ones contained in the Zen Domes, so keep using them to your benefit.

I suggest placing one of the portable Zen Dome orgone generators directly on your chakra points while you meditate.  Place them on the chakras you wish to strengthen or fortify.  Your chakras are linked directly to your star-gates so it is very important during this time of accelerated evolution that we keep our energetic pathways clear and bright.

You can use any of the Zen Dome Pendants in the same manner.  For example, the Flower of Life Pendant will protect you from negative energies and connect you with your Guardian Angel. and the Chakra Flat Pendant supplies a crystal to fortify each primary chakra.  These connections also serve to anchor divine energies into our Earthly energy grid.  Since we are all connected, heal yourself and you heal the world.

The Angel and the Tree of Life pendants are also great to place directly on the chakras.  Both pendants promote the spiritual/angelic energies used for more intense care and healing.

The Hamsa pendant is used to promote a more dynamic healing of the self and others.  If you are in the “sensitive stage” of the Ascension Process, I recommend starting with the Angel or Hamsa pendants, and then when you are in a position for something more intense, graduate to the Chakra Copper pendant.

Many people are embracing practices like smudging and healing circles.  Smudging is very complimentary to the use of Zen Domes and can be used on Zen Domes before infusing them with new/fresh intentions.  The crystals in the Zen Domes love being smudged.  It is a great way to strengthen your relationship with them!

For use in healing ceremony/ritual, I recommend placing a large Zen Dome in the centre of the circle.  Then in grid-like fashion place any Zen Dome: like the Medium or Small Pyramids, Charging Plate, Half Sphere and the Round Shields within the circle/group.

How to Use Your Zen Domes

Since Zen Domes clear the chakras and relax the body, they promote wellness on energetic, physical, mental/emotional and spiritual levels.  When you hold, wear or keep your Zen Domes close to your body, they interact directly with your energy field and promote the healing, grounding and balancing of your life force energies, which promotes physical wellness.  When placed near water, beverages and foods, they restructure the molecules, which boosts their energetic values and nourishment potential.

For this reason, I use the Zen Dome Charging Plate as a coaster/trivet under my beverages, bowls of hot foods and salads.  You can keep one in your pantry, fridge and freezer to energize foods (when the charging plate is frozen it may break if dropped so be careful).  You can also place one in your wine cellar, under your fruit bowl, beverage container or under your mattress, or pillow.  You can add one to your pet bed but make sure the pet cannot use it as a chew toy.

Unleash Your Super Powers – October 2016 Newsletter Article

Super Powers: everyone has them but few are even aware of them.  Super powers come from within and are supplied by Source Energy, also known as Holy Spirit, which is ever present and available, regardless of our current state of consciousness.  We do not need the assistance of a religious paradigm to access this unlimited power; all we need to do is keep open to the concept by creating sacred space within.  During this often confusing shift from old paradigm to new, we experience both realities for a while, but we also have the assistance of ancient technologies to see us through this shift.

Rather than learning to do something specific, new paradigm realities emerge all on their own as we remove that which is not really a part of us.  Bad programming, patriarchy, religiosity, self-doubt, and poor health can hold us back by lowering our overall resonant frequency.  Waiting deep within the authentic self lies everything we need to know, do, be and express within new paradigm living.

Finding and utilizing your Inner Guru is your first super power.  Your Inner Guru resides as the observer in the presence of the Now.  When we stop looking back and forward, time (the 4th dimension) becomes creative magic, and your Inner Guru will teach you how to use this.  Mindful, conscious living will help you to find your Inner Guru.  Once the two of you become a permanent unit, your Inner Guru will reveal more super powers, and life becomes more rewarding as we see for ourselves the personal power only new paradigm reality makes possible.

To qualify as a Zen Dome, the orgonite has to be precision-made, beautiful, and as unique as possible.  Only the most effective orgonite is selected to become a Zen Dome.  Once a design is chosen, the orgonite is energetically charged.  I personally infuse each one with the intention of giving you the best results possible for your highest good.  I also charge and activate the crystals within.

As a result, Zen Domes are hand-created in small batches and are only available in a limited supply.  Once you order the designs you most desire, each Zen Dome will attune itself to your life force energy, producing maximum effect.
